PROGRAM DIRECTOR

I bring over 10 years of experience in the early childhood education field. I hold an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and I am currently pursuing my Master’s Degree.

I am deeply committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment where children feel safe, heard, confident, and excited to learn. I value strong partnerships with families and believe in empowering educators to reach their full potential.

I lead with empathy, collaboration, and a deep understanding of the unique needs of young learners. I am passionate about creating inclusive and developmentally appropriate environments where every child feels seen, valued, and inspired to grow. I believe that early education lays the foundation for lifelong learning and I strive to foster a community that nurtures curiosity, confidence, and compassion in every child.

I am honored to be part of the Peabody Child Care Center’s community as well as the Peabody community and I look forward to helping each child thrive.

INFANT TEACHER

We’re so happy to introduce Marcella, our wonderful Infant Teacher here at Peabody Child Care Center!

Originally from Italy, Marcella brings warmth, kindness, and a touch of European charm to our classrooms. She is fluent in Italian and loves sharing her language and culture through songs, stories, and smiles.

A certified early childhood educator, Marcella combines her professional expertise with her natural nurturing spirit. As a proud mother of three and grandmother of two, she understands the love, patience, and care it takes to help little ones thrive. Her gentle presence helps our infants feel safe, loved, and ready to grow each day.

Fluffy is a cheerful Bichon Frise with a heart as soft as his fluffy white fur. He loves to greet everyone with a wagging tail and a big smile! Fluffy reminds our children to be kind, curious, and full of joy every single day.

At Peabody Child Care Center, we believe learning should always come with a little bit of laughter and Fluffy makes sure there’s never a dull moment! Keep an eye out for him in our classrooms, newsletters, and special events.

Romeo is a friendly red Golden Retriever who brings warmth, energy, and big smiles everywhere he goes. With his gentle heart and playful spirit, Romeo reminds our children that every day is a new adventure filled with friendship and fun.

At Peabody Child Care Center, we celebrate kindness, learning, and love, and Romeo embodies all three! Whether he’s “helping” during story time or joining in our pretend play, Romeo is always ready to brighten our days.

Riley is a sweet cream Goldendoodle who loves to explore, learn new things, and share hugs with everyone she meets. With her soft curls and big heart, Riley reminds our children that curiosity and compassion make every day brighter.
